About the Program
This program provides basic and intermediate soils knowledge related to POWTS systems in Wisconsin including soil requirements and limiting factors, soil forming factors, physical properties of soil, water movement, soil chemistry and biology, and soil taxonomy. You’ll learn how to apply loading rates to properly size a system a system, contour lines, elevations, and site plans too. This is for those who are currently licensed or working to become licensed as a Certified Soil Tester in Wisconsin.
About the Instructor
CeCe Rudnicki is Certified Soil Tester, Master Plumber - Restricted Service, Licensed Designer and POWTS Inspector. She has been working in the POWTS (Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment System) Industry in Wisconsin since 1995 as a soil tester, an installer, a designer, and a regulator. She is a frequent trainer on POWTS-related and has a real passion for helping individuals find solutions to wastewater concerns.

Registration & Additional Information
Registration is $299.00 per person for WOWRA Members: $399.00 per person for Non-Members and includes two full days of programs and lunch each day. Registration deadline is Friday, April 12, 2024. There is a minimum of 6 registrants and a maximum of 16 registrants for this class. Classes fill quickly, so don’t delay!
Continuing Education Credits
Attendees will receive 6.0 hours for each day (total of 12.0 hours) if they hold one or more or the following licenses: Journeyman Plumber, Journeyman Plumber-Restricted Service, Master Plumber, Master Plumber Restricted Service, POWTS Inspector, Commercial Plumbing Inspector, POWTS Maintainer, Soil Tester.
